1.    INTRODUCTION

1.1.           This memorandum sets out information relating to Kenforce Construction Sdn Bhd. (hereafter referred to as “KEN”).

 

2.    COMPANY  BACKGROUND

KEN is a private limited company incorporated on 15^th, November, 1995 with an authorized and paid up capital of RM 500,000.

  

3.    MANAGEMENT

Gan Chye Kong (Managing Director)

3.2 Mr Gan Chye Kong serves as Managing Director and is responsible for the planning, controlling and monitoring of company’s activities. He has been involved with this type of business for approximately 38 years.
